		<description>Yum! My only complaint is that I only got about 2 dozen cookies out of this... but that&#039;s probably a good thing considering how fast they went once baked! Even if I tripled the recipe, I don&#039;t think these would ever make it to the cookie jar. :)

I also loved that I had almost no cleanup involved. I mixed the whole thing in one two-cup measuring cup and only had a few utensils to clean in addition to the measuring cup.</description>
