I am wondering where you get dehydrated eggs from and are they expensive? Thanks for any info!

I tried these this morning… my first ever recipe with dehydrated eggs! The edges got too dark while the middle stayed too gooey. It’s possible that my oven just cooks too hot (it’s still fairly new to me), so next time I’ll try cooking it at 425 for longer. It definitely has potential, but I couldn’t bring myself a whole lot of the not-quite-set-up eggs.
