		<description>I tried these this morning… my first ever recipe with dehydrated eggs!  The edges got too dark while the middle stayed too gooey.  It&#039;s possible that my oven just cooks too hot (it&#039;s still fairly new to me), so next time I&#039;ll try cooking it at 425 for longer.  It definitely has potential, but I couldn&#039;t bring myself a whole lot of the not-quite-set-up eggs.</description>
