Wheat Class

Sorry to those of you who wanted to come to the class but couldn’t. It was great fun and we had a lot of good food (cooked with Food Storage, of course!). We discussed the benefits of wheat, how to bake with wheat, and had lots and lots of samples…even a live cooking display of the pancakes (now you know that any cheap blender will work.) You may even notice my wheat grinder in the second picture next to the Kitchen Aid. While the food was gobbled up that night, much to my husband’s dismay :) , click HERE to download my wheat class handout. (If you have any troubles downloading or have questions, please email me at everydayfoodstorage@gmail.com) Please hand it out and use it as you need. Let’s all get prepared!
Come back on Saturday for the lessons on milk to begin!

Looks like it was a great class, and your handout is very informative and so attractive. Too bad we live so far away--I would've liked to have been there.
