		<description>These pancakes are INCREDIBLE.  My husband is so totally NOT a fan of whole wheat, but he likes these!  Even the *batter* smells good enough to eat with a spoon!  I substituted a banana for the oil and topped them with blueberry pie filling (it was left over from topping your blender cheesecake--also INCREDIBLE)....SOOO good!  Breakfast again tomorrow!</description>
