Made the applesauce tonight with a bit of cinnamon and sugar. It's delicious! So many baking recipes allow applesauce to substitute for oil, I'll bet this will work great. Can't wait to try it with the cranberries. Actually, every Thanksgiving I make homemade spiced cranberries - willing to bet those will make awesome applesauce - can't wait!
Thank you

I saw your blog on the suggested reads from google reader a few weeks ago. I have been reading all your past posts this past week. I love using food storage and love hearing yummy ideas to use it more often. Every time I have made milk, my family, and myself hate the whole thing, and then I throw it out, and go back to paying an arm and a leg for real milk. I succesfully fooled the family today. I was really excited. So thanks from your newest fan in Texas!!!!

Dear Anonymous,

I just make the proportions on the can for 4 servings. Sorry, I'm still on location (a.k.a vacation) and my mom doesn't have a can here. I'll look it up when I get home. Thanks!
