I have to thank all of you who looked at my recipe (and had others do it as well) for the Utah’s Down Home Cook Off! I found out this morning when KODJ 94.1 and Chef Bryan called to tell me…. I’m a finalist in the cook off! You have no idea what all of your support has meant to me and I’ll never forget all the help you gave me to be a finalist and to have this great experience! You can check out the finals of the competition on Friday, September 12 on KUTV Channel 2 during their noon news. We’ll be broadcasting from the Utah State Fair!

    We had a family over for FHE on Monday, they brought over a treat. Guess what it was? Glueten (sp) free peanut butter cookies from Everyday Food Storage. The cookies were great. My DH LOVES peanut butter cookies, so he was in heaven.



    Today I'm looking to make bread, so I'm looking up your bread recipes. :)
