		<description>Well, I tried this recipe it was really good, but I used chocolate chips instead of nuts. Both loaves were gone by the next morning (and no one knew i used wheat! )

Egg substitute (1/2 c) for the eggs
Brown sugar splenda blend (1/4 c packed plus 1T) for the brown sugar
and, Smart balance butter blend (same amount as butter or margarine)</description>
