I bought your book just for this very thing. Plus to see recipes on how to cook with it. But then I also went on the Utah State extension site and saw that they had a different recipe for S.O.S. (soups and sauces). Actually a fat free with no butter so it doesn't need to be refrigerated. Something I can mix a bunch of and put on my shelf, and add water to when I use it. Any thoughts on that? Have you tried both and what are your feelings? So excited over everthing I find here on your site.

Shelley,

You don't need to use dehydrated celery in it. You can use fresh, and just cook it. If you would like some celery on hand, you can always try the bluechipgroup.net or beprepared.com.

I used the cream of chicken soup as a sauce for chicken roll-ups and it was awesome and so easy. Thanks for the great tip. Now to try other recipes using magic mix!
