Food Storage Fanatic Friday: Live from the Request Line

Okay, I’ve been getting a lot of questions about the specific organizers I showed you in my video of how I organize my kitchen…so here are pictures and links to more information (including a few I just found and wish I had!)

Rubbermaid 2937 White Twin Turn Table Spice Racks, click HERE for more info.

Under Sink Shelf Organizer. I had no idea something like this existed! I’ve always tried to figure out how to organize around the pipe under the sink…well now I know. Click HERE for more info.

These are the boxes I use in my fridge. You could use any size though. These are the Sterilite 1660 stackable bins. For more info, click HERE.

A good way to clear off some counter space is with a hanging paper towel holder like the one above. I got mine for Christmas but they’re available all over. Click HERE for more info.

Okay, I couldn’t find the exact racks I use on my cupboard doors to my sink. (I purchased them at Wal-Mart so you can take a look there…they come in a set of 3) but this is the same idea. For more info, click HERE

And these come in really handy for small spaces. It organizes all of your tupperware and spins around. Perfect for small spaces. For more information, click HERE.

If you haven’t seen my post about my food storage room, click HERE or if you missed getting a sneak peek into my cupboards, click HERE.

I have a pantry closet in my kitchen that is 56 inches wide with shelves that are 15 inches deep. It has bifold doors on it. I’m trying to decide if I should organize it with baskets or plastic shoe boxes with lids. I’ve seen both at the store and I was wondering if anyone had an opinion on either.

I put most of my canned food on a turntable in a corner cabinet. Cases of of canned goods I keep in the guest room closet. I’d love one of those shelf reliant systems but I don’t have room for it.

Also since it’s only the two of us at home, I don’t store the number 10 cans. Instead I used my food saver vac sealer to break down the big items into serving sizes that fit the two of us.

Thanks so much for the great site. I just found it and I love it.

I just wanted to say that I have the under the sink shelf system pictured above and I LOVE it! I have actually bought three of them in the last 5 years (moving, kids and dogs can be tough on them!) And they are great for any sink cabinet in the house! My favorite part is that you can configure it anyway you want and it is great if you have any large bottles or boxes. Just pop the shelf on or off and you are set.

I also have the Spin and Store thing (can’t think of the official name) and I love the way it helps to keep all my storage containers organized and the dishes and lids all in one place.

    These two are great products!

I have your recipe for Cinnamon Burst Bread and I have asked at Honeyville Grain in Brigham City and gone on line to Honeyville Grain and they have no product called cinnamon bites. Can you tell me where you got your’s? I would really like to make this bread. If they can’t be found, would cinnamon chips be anything like the product you have used?
Sure would appreciate an answer, this looks like a really great recipe.
