		<description>I am wondering what you cook your 10lbs of ground beef at once in, and it is hard to break up, etc. This sounds like a great idea since the only recipes I use that require the ground beef to be raw is meatballs and meatloaf, which is not something we eat weekly. Thanks for the great articles!</description>

I went into my food storage for instant mashed potatoes and even used powdered milk in them.  It was a breakthrough to realize I didn&#039;t need to use any of my perishable foods for a dish like this.
