This recipe sounded great so I tried it. It didn't sound right with only 1 c. of water but I thought the cans of mushroom soup would make up for the rest. Well, it DID NOT WORK! I had to cook mine for almost 2 HOURS to get the rice done. Yours MUST have more liquid in it or something. What am I missing?

The rice is uncooked. And the 1C water actually works out with 3C of rice because of the soup that you add. Trust me, it works. It's delicious, and I'm not a chicken fan!!
