I've found the answer to my own question. Blue Chip Foods (distributor of Morning Moo) has changed their packaging. What used to be the equivalent to 226 eggs is now only 170. What a bummer since the price hasn't gone down.

Help on the dehydrated eggs! I am in Oregon and we are trying to arrange purchasing some eggs from Macey's during their sale. When I called the store they read the egg label to me and told me it was equivalent to 226 eggs. This was a couple of weeks ago. Is this a different can that they are selling now for $18.99? I would sure appreciate your help - those of you that are close to a Macey's as we are doing all this over the phone.

Thanks

In Morning Moos powdered whole eggs it says it has 170 servings (1 egg = 1 serving). Right now Macey's in SLC area is having their sale on them and they are $18.99. That makes it equal to just over 14 dozen eggs for $1.34 a dozen. Not bad, eh? I love that I don't have to refridgerate them! I use them almost everyday for our family of 6 for baking bread, blender pancakes, or cookies.

Thanks Crystal for all your hard work! You've motivated me to finish my year supply and use it up more often. For the first time, I now officially have a year supply!

Crystal-
I had a question about powdered eggs . You mentioned that the morning moo's #10 cans make over 200 eggs.. how did you calculate that? I just bought a can and am very confused.
