I started making my own bread about a year ago, and thankfully I was given the advice to use wheat gluten. I have never had a problem with my bread and it is SO YUMMY. I'm just wondering how much gluten you recommend for long term food storage. Jodi or Julie? I've never seen any recommendations on this. I'm assuming it has the same shelf life as flour.

I am excited for this. I have been making bread for over 30 years, but I think we can all still learn from others. I can't wait. I love your site.

Maybe something about converting recipes for use in a beard machine, for us single dads out there.

That would be a great help for us, namely my daughter, making the bread is her job.

Keep up the good work.

I make bread every week, it is very cost effective. You probally already have everything planned out that you are going to share, but... If I can make a request for some recipes without wheat flour or a white flour conversion chart. I have Crohns disease and can't have all or 1/2 wheat bread, but i can still do the white bread. I love your site and I am way excited to see your tips! thanks!

I tasted some of Crystal's bread and cinnamon buns and OH MY GOODNESS!!!!! We are all in for some great stuff this month. YAY! My 4-year old son even took two handfuls of food to eat in the car on the way home because he loved it so much. Who would have thought whole wheat bread could be a TREAT?
