I started making my own bread about a year ago, and thankfully I was given the advice to use wheat gluten. I have never had a problem with my bread and it is SO YUMMY. I'm just wondering how much gluten you recommend for long term food storage. Jodi or Julie? I've never seen any recommendations on this. I'm assuming it has the same shelf life as flour.

I am excited for this. I have been making bread for over 30 years, but I think we can all still learn from others. I can't wait. I love your site.
