Thank you so much for all of your support!  I loved receiving all of your emails and reading all of your success stories with food storage.  I wish so badly that I could meet all of you and talk with you because I already feel like we’re good friends. Since I won’t be traveling for book signings for a little bit yet, I convinced my publisher to do an online book signing so I could feel more connected with you! What that means for you is that if you purchase your copy by MONDAY April 20, through amazon.com, you’ll receive a signed copy, you can also email me at everydayfoodstorage@gmail.com with your Amazon order number (no personal information is attached) to be entered into a drawing to win FREE conversion chart magnets, PLUS I’ll email you back with a FREE menu planner/themed days sheet for your fridge…you’ll learn more about that in the book ;) ! (If you purchased your book earlier, still email me so I can enter you into the drawing and send you your FREE download) I’ll be giving away 6 sets of conversion chart magnets (3 at noon and 3 more at 6 pm MST).     105-8397621-8296239 and tried to access the website at everydayfoodstorage@gmail.com but it won’t access. I would like to be put in the drawing for the conversion chart magnets, and also recieve the free menu planner sheet for my fridge. Also, I am really hoping that the copy of the book I receive will have your signature on it. You are the absolute greatest!! thanks so very much! Sandy

    Amazon won’t let me order a copy to be sent to Canada.:( I can’t find anywhere else to buy one. I have called my local LDS bookstore and I’ve tried a number of other online sources. Amazon.ca doesn’t have your book either.:) Crystal, may I order a copy directly from you?

    Joyce, You have all the worst luck by being in Canada. All you want is to have all this great food storage stuff and they never will send it to you in Canada! I just have to laugh because it’s the same problem every time. I feel your pain as a fellow Canadian transplant ;) Good luck in getting Crystal’s book sent to you. I can’t wait to get my copy!

    I did finally locate a copy at a small LDS bookstore in Cardston, Alberta. Of course I am paying a LOT more than I would have…but that’s just how it goes up here.

Generally, people think it is more expensive since you are paying for the cans too. But when you do the conversions, as you have, you can see the economy of it. I particularly like the idea of substituting beans (which I don't really care for but I store) for oil or butter (which I cannot store enough of without spoilage) in baked good recipes. I would love to see some recipes that use honey and would like to know if you have used tomato powder?
