It has worked well for me several times...granted slightly more work then just rehydrated but still a lot less work then cooking beans from scratch and then mashing.

		<description>I made the Tortilla casserole yesterday for a friend and it was wonderful! and easy too!!  We had planned on going out to eat for mexican food but then we noticed that, in the last 4 days, the swine flu numbers had doubled so we decided to eat it.  I had printed off this recipe because I wanted to try it.  I had most everything already so I just ran to the store to pick up a corn tortillas and enchilada sauce and I was in business!  We both really enjoyed it.  Thanks for sharing the recipe!</description>
