This week I have made 100% whole wheat bread, chili using dry beans I bottled and home canned salsa, and meatloag using breadcrumgs from my bread and home canned salsa. BTW, I gave the home economist at Davis County Extension Office your name as a possible speaker (I volunteer there).

I used Morning Moos Chocolate Milk, Wheat Flour and vinegar--not at once.

I sent emails to each of those links! I hope you get to be on their shows! You have inspired me to get my food out of my basement and onto the table!
Thanks

Hi Crystal,

I emailed all of them! Thanks for all you do. We live in Az now but were in Ut for years. I wish we had more "food storage friendly" stores, Tv shows etc here like we did in Ut. Though we do have a Honeyville Farms store here in Chandler that just opened so that is a great start! Maybe we can get you on one of the morning shows here in Phoenix sometime! Thanks for the giveaway!

I used wheat yesterday when I made bread. I am now a user of powdered milk because of you and your site. THANKS! These conversion charts would be so awesome!

Just emailed all of them! Good luck Crystal! Let us know when you'll be on TV.

BTW, my boys now request your whole wheat cookies - they like them better than ones made with white flour.

My neighbors know I'm the one with a year supply and they joke that they'll just come to my house in case of a disaster. I say, "Come on over, there will be enough cookies for everyone!" I won't tell them there's powdered eggs in them until AFTER they've eaten them. LOL

I made tortillas on Sunday, so I used my powdered milk. I am in a bit of a food storage rut, as my husband's Dr. just prescribed a funky, ultra-restrictive diet. Hopefully I can figure out how to not only cook again, but store food (that I can use). Dang. Right when I was getting excited about food storage.

I had fun making a great 7-layer Mexican dip for Cinco-de-mayo! I used my dried re-fried beans, salsa (home canned), along with a new left-over favorite of steak, ground finely, as one of the layers. I do freezer storage too, so I had plenty of cheese for one of the layers, and on the top. Add some sour cream, guacamole, olives and tomatoes (from your garden) and you have a great mini-meal! Use chips to dip or warmed tortillas to make a Burrito Supreme. Enjoy

We made a mexican lasagna dish last night that included lots of food storage, rice, beans, etc. It was really yummy! I've been eyeing these magnets for a while, they would look great on my fridge! Thanks for the giveaway!
