I read your book and pass it around too. I discovered something simple you may want to add to your powdered eggs arsenol of recipes. I use hot water and a whisk to dissolve the clumps easily, and flavor it with salt, garlic powder and onion powder. It's an absolutely amazing difference. I scramble it up in a hot pan with olive oil and an egg sandwich, or eggs and potatoes actually tastes the way it did before. Better still, microwaved left overs tasted even better!! Try it. I hated the horrible taste and hideous texture of powdered eggs until now.

The Canneries do not normally ship items. Even LDS members need to show up at the door to pick them up. I am not sure what the policy is on showing up and purchasing for those who are not members, however, many members will be willing to take someone or help them out as a "missionary opportunity" or goodwill gesture. It is my understanding that you can go to www.ldscatalog.com and place an order for a few select items to be shipped to your home. I hope this helps.

I go to a Baptist Church in a rural town in Georgia. I was wondering can I order food from the LDS Canneries to be shipped to my home in Georgia. Thanks.
