I can't seem to find your recipe for blender crepes that starts with the hard red wheat then you grind it with water in the blender before adding the rest of the ingredients. I just see the one for 1/2 whole wheat and 1/2 AP flour. Can you help me with that? How much water and wheat do I use?
thanks

Yes, but you need to use 1 T. of the egg whites to equal an egg.

Right now they are on sale at Maceys in Utah, so if you can find someone that lives here that can get you some. Make sure you're checking the dozen eggs at 1 T. egg powder. Some companies say to use 3T. which is a ridiculous amount to use. Thanks!

I bought your conversion charts and love them! (Thank You!) Since Buying them I have had a few thoughts and maybe you could help with this. I wish that your magic mix would use powdered butter so that it would be shelf stable and then I would be using more food storage, but then you have to recalculate the other recipes on the chart. Also I would love something like this for powdered butter. It has helped me be so much more confident in using the eggs, I think I would be more confident using the butter if I had a magnet on the fridge also. Just a few thoughts.

Oh yes, you did get the wrong thing. The nix is for like scrambled eggs.
It has added powdered milk and partially hydrogenated oil (shortening).
You want the "whole dry eggs" or something to that effect. It should say
WHOLE eggs and not mix.

I said in my first post that the directions say to mix one part powder to one part water but you say to use one part powder to two parts water. I am afraid I got the wrong thing.
The can says Dried Egg Product Egg Mix net weight 36oz Is that what you use?

What do you mean the mixing ratio? It is 1 part dry egg powder to 2 parts
water (so 1 T. dry egg powder + 2 T. water)
