Question about the crust: do you use your pizza crust recipe, or a store bought crust, and do you bake it before you add the toppings, then bake to warm up the toppings? How long and at what temp do you bake it? Wow, lots of questions there. LOL Thanks for your help. I am really good at making small mistakes that totally ruin a recipe, and since I LOVE pizza and Mexican food as well, this is one I don't want to goof on. ;o)

Have you ever had a potaco? Basically it's a taco on top of a baked potato. I thought it was crazy at first but it's amazing how yummy it really is.

Made this last night for dinner. I made my own crust, instead of buying one. We all thought it was great! My DH said he could eat this everynight..... I said maybe we could have it every friday night instead. ha ha
We will have the left overs for lunch after church tomorrow.

i have issues with mixing distinctly different ethnic foods, but come to think of it, the pizza crust is the exact same thing as un-fried fry bread, making it totally acceptable. you could call it baked fry bread nite.
