1 cup of canned pumpkin
1 can 8 0z tomato sauce
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
2 Tablespoons prepared mustard

Brown ground beef and drain of any fat. Add onion and garlic mix in well.
Add pumpkin, tomato, sugar, mustard, chili powder, salt. Bring to a boil and
simmer.
Top your bread or buns with mixture and add cheddar cheese. I used cookie
cutters to cut out cheese shapes ( a witch and a autum leaf ). You can do a
openface and really dress it up.

I love the cheese cut outs. What a great way to make some Holloween fun. I wish I had thought of that when my kids were little.
