I loved finding your website & helpful tips; I knew about cooking with powdered eggs, powdered milk, wheat,& whole wheat flour, oats & even the applesauce substitute for oil in cakes & brownies. However I did not know about the bean substitute for oil. I just used beans in minestrone, chicken tortilla soup , chilli & ham & bean soup. But now I can really use beans. I just love food & as a woman you have to find ways to cut the fat when you love eating. So Thank you.

These sound amazing. If it's got pumpkin in it I'll most likely love it. But the main thing I love about this recipe is the idea of making the batter the night before. I already do a ton of cooking on Thanksgiving day and this makes it so much easier.
