		<description>Christy, If using brown rice the below recipe is a good one.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;2 cups cooked rice (brown)&lt;br&gt;mix and add:&lt;br&gt;1 1/3 cups milk&lt;br&gt;1/8 teaspoon salt&lt;br&gt;1/2 cup brown sugar&lt;br&gt;1 tablespoon butter&lt;br&gt;1 teaspoon vanilla&lt;br&gt;3 eggs&lt;br&gt;cinnamon &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;bake at 325 degrees, in a lightly greased baking dish until set, about 50 minutes&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;serve hot or cold with the above Apple Cranberry Cinnamon Topping&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Hope this helps,  Robin</description>
