Wait- to me it looks like you're only using the butter to grease the pan, so to speak. (Although I'm sure it adds lots of yummy flavor too.) But 1-2 cubes of butter would mean 1/2 cup to 1 c. of butter! Surely that's not right! It seems to me that a cube of butter refers to a pat. i.e. a Tbsp. or maybe even smaller slice of butter from a regular sized stick. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. :)

If you ever want to roll out any type of bread dough on your counter without the gooey mess, there are two options. Spray your counter with PAM first and the dough doesn't stick, or if you don't use PAM then clean up the gooey mess by sprinkling it with salt and it'll come up much easier. I prefer PAM!

Hey Crystal, I made the bread sticks last night and they were so good! I added some dried basil and garlic salt in the dough while it was mixing. Yum! Thanks for an awesome recipe!

I made this last night (as pizza crust) and it was FANTASTIC!!!! <br>I only made half a recipe and the crust was still plenty thick. I loved that there was no rolling involved too! Love it. Thanks!
