    One of my tips for getting dinner on the table is; as soon as I get home I put a big pot of water on to boil. If pasta is on the menu, the water is ready. If rice or potato pearls, I have the hot water ready. I also cook huge batches of rice and bag it in meal size portions. Freeze. To use; open the baggie and place in the microwave for 3 minutes. Lovely rice!
