- Powdered Milk Conversion Chart Handout- If you’re like me, you want easy! That is why I developed this milk conversion chart to help make using powdered milk in your recipes easier than ever. It contains a chart that will tell you how much dry powdered milk and water you need to make any cup measurement of milk along with the recipes for making sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and a buttermilk substitute.
