Crystal, thank you so much for all that you are doing! You are a wonderful lady and I feel so blessed to have found your site! I just recently decided that I want to get going on my food storage and I wasn't quite sure what to do. Your recipes, videos, and handouts are just great! I am so excited and I can't wait to get a wheat grinder now. Thank you again Crystal!

Hi Crystal,

You're website is amazing. I am having such fun trying some of your recipes. I had a question about the frosting for the Banana Nut Cookies. What is dehydrated sugar? Do you mean powdered sugar? I have just never heard of dehydrated sugar.

Thanks!

You are a saint. My little family is pretty new and we recently had to move in with my mother. My husband and I are always trying our hardest to start and add too our food storage, but the one reason my mother hasn't is because she says she doesn't eat wheat and beans and all the other staples that are suggested to have. Well, now thanks to you, she doesn't have an excuse. Thank you so much for your website. It makes what we are all trying to do so much easier. And when you have small children and NO time, you can use all the help you can get.

Thank you! My husband and I have been married 8 years and thus far our food storage has consisted of a case of peaches we replenish each year...pretty pathetic! So this year as I am pregnant with my third, I have desired to learn and accomplish the task of having food storage. My ward has given monthly goals of things to purchase...great right...? However I am only two months into it and had 8 buckets of flour and no idea what to do with it and not wanting it to go to waste. And then I found your website "ahhhh" (heavenly sounds inserted here)...and I thought "WOW! I actually use my food storage and keep my family healthy and happy and out of the grocery store everyday." This is so helpful! Thank you!

Someone told me about a handout you have listing various items that you believe should be included in a person's pantry. May I have that list
Thanks,

Thank you for these wonderful recipes and handouts! I am the emergency prep person for my neighborhood and I've told everyone about your site. You will be helping a lot of people learn how to use the things that have been put on the shelves for emergencies and for the most part left there. What great ideas for helping the budget daily too!
